Job Summary
Responsible for managing the commercial and cost aspects of furniture and fit-out projects, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quotations, material costing, and monitoring project costs. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, project teams, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in furniture, fit-out, or interior projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Experience in material costing, quotations, and project cost control.
- Good knowledge of furniture, finishes, and fit-out materials.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
